INFRASTRUCTURE :
1.The should have at least 2000 Sft office space
500-1000 Sft. Ware house / Service center should
be at least 5000 Sft. Location should be in
a potential area but should have road side space
for test drive facility
Showroom should have well reception facility
and seating arrangement for clients
Showroom must have visible doors so that
the vehicles can be easily seen from outside
and must be well decorative.
2.INVESTMENT
The entrepreneur must have deposit towards
security of Rs. 12.5 lacs to 20 lacs depending
upon business volume, against without any
benefit and shall be returned on without any
interest after the agreement expires subject
to other accountable adjustment.
This security money is kept towards loyalty
deposit. Company will time to time arrange
promotional activities, advertisement, sales
/ service training, exclusively and both sharing
basis.
The entrepreneur shall have to incur a working
capital of Rs. 50 lacs in preliminary months
which may exceed later.
4. sales team :
Sales team number will be decided by the Entrepreneur
and also monitored by us depending upon the volume
of business. They shall be trained by us and
having some knowledge in automobiles industry
will be an added advantage.
5. Service Team.:
Service team shall preferably have experience
in automobile industry and we will provide training to them soon.
Back office :
This department will have computer.
6. Stationeries :
Your letter heads , Visiting cards, envelopes,
invoice, challan, etc should bear Tara International
logo.
7. Quality control will be monitored by Tara
International.
